Klang Centre has installed a new ATM on the 5th floor in the new cafeteria
It is an AENON bank machine which does not charge a fee to make a withdrawal for debit cards (UK)as opposed to the common 150 baht charged by everybody else.

I used Aeon ATM a few times and then had a problem with the one in the Mall. It took me 4 months to finally get my 30000 baht back even though my wife knew a lady who worked at that branch. She told us after the fact that you should not use their machines for an International withdrawl because they always have problems (according to girl who works for them). I have not used them since.

I have now used this ATM about 6 times without a problem . However the Thais have now cottoned on to the no fee charge and yesterday there were eight people queueing whilst other ATMs avoided .

Their is only a charge for international transactions. The reason their is no charge at this particular bank is because Aeon is a credit card company and does not belong to the Thai bankers association.
Their are many Thais waiting to use these machines to make payments on their Aeon credit cards.

They didn't charge me anything for using my UK debit card

Probably the only bank in Thailand that is still fee free.
