Tomodachi, Japanese Restaurant.

Tomodachi is a small Japanese restaurant on Manat Road, or just behing "Big Chili". I previously saw many Japanese people going there, which is a good sign. So, we decided to try.

The menu has Thai and English, with pictures. We had a Japanese rice that was good for 50 baht. Served with a free miso soup.

That was a raw shrimp salad. Not bad, but not my favorite. 80 baht.

Sashimi was good. This plate of tune sashimi was 150 baht. A little expensive if you think that Kuroda has unlimited orders on the menu for 400 baht.

Gyu Steak for 150 baht. Also not my favorite. Meat was too hard.

It wasn't bad, but I just think Kuroda (fantastic all you can eat a la carte for 399 baht), Genki Ramen (really good) or even Fuji are better. But the location is great (middle of the city) and the place is quiet, simple and nice. I actually have 2 friends that love Tomodachi.

Have a try if you like Japanese food.
